Shipping and return policies for PurZynth Rekords

Shipping Info
All National Orders: Are shipped by Mexico´s Postal Service as Registered tracking Orders, and should take around 5 business days to arrive. You will be provided for a tracking number.

International Orders: Are shipped using Mexico´s Postal Service as Registered tracking Orders, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer.

Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to local import taxes.

To ensure that your order arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for tracking delivery orders.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the delivery methods outlined above, please contact us via music@purzynth.com before ordering to arrange an alternative delivery plan.
Return Policy
Items may be returned in as new condition within 14 days of purchase.
You need to send us pictures of the item showing clearly the issue you are returning for. Only printing or manufacturing errors will be accepted.

All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to PurZynth Rekords- please make sure to send all returns via a tracking delivery system to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled after purchase.

Once the tracking sistem shows the item has arrived as local delivery we are not responsible of the package and can´t refund you in any way.
