I'm sure this record sounds really dated nowadays with some of the synth choices, the radio intros that are becoming more common, and especially the mix/master, but this was really something for its time. I remember first hearing the title track and enjoying the composition so much. Dimi's ambition and fun with this project come in his brand of Outrun that meshes itself with the Instrumental Rock of the 80's, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai come to mind. A Synthwave classic!

everything you'd expect to find here is present and accounted for; polished production, retro vibes, impeccable attention to detail. this album feels like it leans a bit more into the disco-pop side of synthwave, with several tracks bringing the boogie in that inimitable Droid Bishop sound. there are still beautifully arranged introspective compositions as well, providing just the right amount a chill between dance tracks. and those guitar harmonies!! so sublime!
